Huge shout-out to Jason and Justin of torpedo Rays Scuba. On October 12th we rented gear only to have it stolen out of my truck the next morning. We went back to Torpedo Rays to give them the bad news, Jason was very sympathetic of our situation and set us up with more gear to go and enjoy our dive I can't say enough about this scuba shop. The customer service goes above and beyond. Thanks to Torpedoes Rays staff for turning a bad experience into a good one.
I was a visitor to Nova Scotia from Ontario and ran into some minor gear issues. I took my gear into Torpedo Rays and they were terrific. They tried to fix the gear but did not have the part so the reassembled the regs and explained the issue to me.
They were VERY reasonable and very apologetic. They genuinely felt bad that they could not get my regs back up to 100% on the spot for me. Based on this "transaction", I would highly recommend them.
Always had top notch service and repairs! Excellent prices on quality gear. Jason always emailed back a response to my questions immediately. Can't ask for much better than that.
